Background

Between my internship with Pandora Finance and my current role, I was contacted by Crown Dental Clinic to be a part of their online-redesign in multiple aspects- branding guidelines, web design, graphics and SEO.

The deliverables were focussed on targeting potential customers that have never visited the clinic before. Every piece of information displayed needed a purpose that aligned with educating the reader with dental basics, and forming a sense of trust with the CDC team.

Branding Guidelines

I worked alongside a freelance Marketing and Branding Specialist to form guidelines for the dos-and-don'ts of how any published content related to CDC must be. I relied heavily on the established Mission, Brand Image and Brand Echo to design efficiently.

Web Design

According to the budget of the project, I deemed Framer to be the most suitable website builder. The client and I set a timeline of 6 weeks to deliver the project, after considering the time required to do research, design wireframes, finalize content, take pictures, make graphics, receive feedback and accounting for unforseen delays.

Designing the Website

Aim: To build a platform that enables high conversion rates of curious users into customers that book an appointment.

Process: Created 3 entirely different takes on the website, until the current one was finalized.

Feedback: I received feedback every week from the client, with minor changes streamlining the vision onto a clearer path.

Home Page

The requirements for the home page were many, since its brief from the client was landing-page adjacent. Content related to metrics, customer trust, specializations and FAQs were prioritized.

Services

After shortlisting all treatments and procedures offered by the clinic, the client was clear in displaying all information very simply. The brief instructed me not to add any 'grotesque' and/or complicated graphics, and to only use relevant stock photographs or pictures taken in the clinic.

About Us Page

Accommodated information on all employees that work for Crown Dental Care. The page aims to paint a clearer face behind every dentist that a customer may approach, along with the opportunity to research about external consultants that are affiliated with the practice.

Graphic Design

Crafted graphics with the instruction of making them lighthearted and inviting to reluctant customers. I kept the brand colors constant and ensured visual fluency. Additionally, I took pictures of the staff and the interior of the renovated clinic for visual content in the 'About' page.
